All walkers and runners are welcome to this free, 17-week training program!
To ensure we train safely and effectively, a proven progressive mileage increase schedule will be used.
Don’t live in Columbus? That’s okay! Our training coach emails the weekly training calendar to all registered participants each week so you can follow along, no matter where you live!
Classroom sessions last around 30 minutes, followed by a group run/walk.
After week 8, classroom sessions are completed. Mill Race Training Group will join the Columbus Running Club runners every Saturday for training in long runs.
